Our contracts are very easy to follow, and outline all of the aspects of a project, kind of like a check list. All the parts, pieces, labor and material costs are there. Larger projects require a payment schedule and most custom projects require down payments. All projects require a final payment upon completion. Our contracts keep things clear as the project progresses, and are two page carbonless, so you get a copy for reference.
